Guardian Membership Terms

1. Beta membership

Membership is $189 total for the first three months for one covered state and one administrator and up to five salespeople. A company has six individual logins: one administrator and up to five salespeople.

Ten swaths is a combined hail/wind/tornado allowance per covered state; ten are allocated each month, shared by the account. It is not ten of each hazard. Availability requires sufficient source evidence. Call for multi-state pricing; seven states are excluded.

2. Report access

Membership includes 10 combined hail, wind and tornado swaths per month per covered state. Property history is separate: $10 per report. Already acquired swaths reopen without another charge. Additional swaths beyond ten in a month cost $69.95 each and require a separate purchase confirmation.

Included swath access requires a current paid membership covering the report state. Already acquired reports retain their existing entitlement. Verified site owners can access available reports free. Account registration alone is not a paid membership.

3. Report access

The 10-Year Property Storm History Report costs $10 per report and is not included with membership. Each covered state includes ten combined hail, wind and tornado swaths per month, shared among membership users. Already acquired swaths can be reopened without another redemption. Additional swaths beyond ten in a month cost $69.95 each.

4. Cancellation and company reactivation

The beta membership costs $189 total for the first three months. No automatic renewal is configured. Future pricing and billing terms have not been set. A returning company account that canceled, stayed away for a period of months, and later rejoins has a $50 company reactivation fee. This fee is charged once per returning company account—not per employee—and must be disclosed again before a reactivation purchase. It is not a cancellation charge. No individual reactivation fee has been established.

Cancellation timing, refunds, prorating, upgrade/downgrade handling and the exact length of absence that triggers reactivation remain unresolved and are not promised by this draft.

5. Weather evidence and limitations

The statewide map uses available official alerts, reports and radar sources. Radar estimates, warning polygons and reported observations are labeled separately. They do not by themselves confirm damage at a specific property. Live reflectivity and selected-state NWS alerts support offered-state viewing; the current KHGX velocity layer covers southeast Texas only. Historical source archives may be incomplete, and report availability varies by date and location.

6. Acceptance record

Signup and reactivation require an unchecked acceptance box. When account services are connected, Guardian records the accepted terms version, account, context and server timestamp. This review site does not fake or locally claim acceptance persistence.

Shared swath access and two-year retention

Observations verified as belonging to the same storm swath open one shared report. Their locations and times remain separate. Your existing user or company access applies from any linked observation: no second charge or included-swath redemption.

Swath files and geometry expire on the storm’s second calendar anniversary, at the start of that date in UTC. A late purchase never extends expiry. For example, on September 9, 2026, a storm dated September 9, 2024 expires and cannot be purchased or reopened. Ten-year property storm history keeps its event records, but expired swaths are unavailable. Payment and audit records remain.
